We spend time with our clients to ensure the marquee and event hire we supply fits the size and budget of the event. We successfully cater for all occasions and sizes from small garden parties to Wedding celebrations, large corporate events and music festivals. What type of events are your core business?
Traditionally it was small garden parties, however over the years as we have grown, so has our portfolio. We now work with both end clients and event organisers. The types of event we cater for are: Private Parties, Social Occasions, Weddings, Exhibitions, Product Launches, Corporate Functions, Village and Town Fetes and Music Festivals.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we have full Employers liability and public liability insurance.
Are your staff experienced and fully trained?
Yes. All of our members of staff have vast experience within the marquee and event hire industry. All of our members of staff have had training in the following areas - ASW Marquees Ltd training program, health and safety, manual handling and risk assessment.
Do you charge for the hire, or per day?
We charge for the hire only, we will supply the marquee at a time scale convenient to you. Should you wish this to be two or three days before the event so you can plan and decorate the marquee, that is ok with us, you won’t be charged any extra for this service. There are no hidden charges!
What sized marquee will I need?
We can advise you of the size of each marquee in square footage, feet and metres. We also offer a free no obligation site visit to check the available space. Putting both these sets of information together we can ensure you will have the right sized marquee for your event.
What else do you hire?
Our event hire includes, tables and chairs of different sizes and styles, carpeting, internal and external lighting, marine ply and parquet dance flooring, 8ft x 4ft stage sections, heating units and toilet units.
Can you provide a catering service?
Unfortunately we do not provide a catering service or equipment, however we have accounts with many different suppliers, so we can certainly assist within the hire of catering equipment and recommend some of the best "value for money" caterers.
Do you hire marquees all year-round?
Yes, over the years we have found a number of our clients requesting marquee and event hire during the winter months. These days marquees and heating units can withstand winter conditions making winter events feasible.
